House of Unity started with a simple belief — that the years after 55 should be full of connection, not distance from it.
Too many independent living communities ask residents to choose between privacy and connection. We don't think that's a fair trade. House of Unity was founded to offer both — a private place to call your own, inside a community that actually shows up for you.
We serve adults 55 and older across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and Pickens counties, welcoming residents who want to stay close to the family, friends, and familiar streets of the Upstate.

We design around what residents want their days to look like — not the other way around.
Shared spaces and shared meals aren't amenities to us — they're how relationships actually form.
Small enough that our staff know residents by name, story, and preference — not by unit number.
We'd love to tell you more about life at House of Unity — in person or over the phone.
